Woohoo!
I am finally ready to release my very first post with a photoshoot!
The thing is, the images I take are very personal to me and when it comes my photography- I tend to overshoot, overshare to my clients and under share to the general public. The amount of images I’ll post to Instagram from any given session usually doesn’t exceed 6 or 9 images.
This is why I resolved this year to share more (the real reason I started to utilize this blog tab!)
But first, a little bit of background.
Tamara reached out to me through Facebook when I was offering my Christmas mini sessions in Erie. We scheduled their session on a day that I was flying home from a trip to Florida and I’ll be honest, I was a bit nervous.
Would we have enough sunlight?
Would it be cold? (I knew ahead of time that Tamara planned to wear a skirt)
Would it be windy?
The answer to all of those was- YES!
It was freezing.
It was windy.
But it was beautiful and when I saw Eric and Tamara, I knew that everything would be ok.
We even got an incredible sunset towards the end.
This day turned out to be the last non-snowy day of the year and to me, that was pretty special. You guys- I accidentally documented the last day of no snow the first year I move up north. Maybe I’m too sentimental but I know this is a session I will go back to and look through for years to come.
Alright.
Now if you are one of the 2 people who read through this entire post, leave me a hi-five in the comments below!!
